Hugging this character: Sure!  Don't always expect a positive reaction unless you're a cast mate or close friend.
Kissing this character: He's only 13!  Expect him to blush and flail but by all means I don't mind it
Flirting with this character: He is a kid so expect most of it to go well over his head! 
Romance/ Sexual relations: He's a minor so yeah no on the sex, though working up a romance would be fun if you don't mind a long work up to it and a lot of bashfulness
Fighting with this character: He'll try to talk you our of a fight, but he well engage in one if needed.  Drag in his friends or family he'll jump in to back them up.
Injuring this character: Minor things are fine anything more than a black eye please talk to me about it first alright?
Killing this character: Plot with me first!
Using telepathy/ mind reading/ empathy abilities on this character: He has no defenses what so ever. 
Triggers: anything involving his brother, jerks hurting women or children, kids getting hurt... Those are just for starters.  He has many!
Medical info: He's narcoleptic, can fall asleep in weird places when he's split his soul.  Have fun with that if you catch him napping.

Anything else: Not that I can think of at the moment.
